1.    Apologies for absence

 

Cllr John Wray was not in attendance

 

2.    To receive any Declaration of Interests regarding Agenda items No declarations were noted.

3.    To approve Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 17 May 2023 Approved by Cllr. E Gnyp and seconded by Cllr. M Ollier.

4.    To discuss Matters arising from the last meeting.

a)     Bradwall Village Hall

A formal letter is to be sent to the Chair of Bradwall Village Hall for a formal response.

b)     Permissive footpath

The footpath is near completion, Chairman G Gnyp is due to inspect the completed path in the coming days. Following the completion of the path and with the agreement of the landowners, Councillors will invite the landowners to unveil the path for opening on a Sunday in August and limit publicity to Bradwall residents only.

c)      Blocked entrance signs

Agreement for signs to be provided by the Parish Council to mark the gates to the fields, landowners will erect the signs to mark no parking with access required 24 hours.

d)     Bradwall Website updates

This action was completed prior to the meeting.

The current planning permission applications progress was noted.

7.    Correspondence Received and Updated Actions (Clerk) Defibrillator Pads

Access to the Defibrillator is limited due to the locking of the gates and lack of access means it cannot be access by the public. The defibrillator pads are due to expire, the Circuit have confirmed the pads can be out of date and still used. The Clerk to write to the occupiers of the Village Hall regarding the access to the defibrillator and ongoing maintenance. If this is not agreeable the Parish Council will look to relocate it within the Parish.

Elections Paperwork

Further paperwork completed and submitted. Natwest Online Banking

Agreement to explore the option of Natwest Online Banking. Payment for the Permissive Path

Agreement for the payment to be circulated and approved outside the meeting. Agreement for the Parish Council to possibly need to be audited next year due to expenditure over

ฃ25000.

8.    Any other business

Noticeboard outside the Village Hall to be inspected.
