Permissive footpath
Steve Willis
has been awarded the contract
Hedgerows and
vegetation have been removed
Full survey of
the bridge requirements has been made, ideally the bridge needs to cross the
brook at an angle, this means the bridge needs to be longer, Steve Willis has
ordered a 8m bridge and has agreed to absorb the
additional cost.
Discharge of
the planning conditions, we have communicated with the environmental officer
regarding biodiversity and made him aware that BPC do not own any land, it is a
permissive path and whether the OELS status of the land is sufficient for the
discharge of the conditions -the answer was no.
The biodiversity needs to go further, we have agreed to plant 1.5m of
whips of a native species near the Brook.
This was later rejected -requiring a site plan for the position of the
whips. This has been provided, currently
awaiting a decision.
The work
should start in May after Mike has taken the first cut.

Resident concerned regarding the road being narrow
and unable to facilitate two vehicles and the resident has contacted Cheshire

raised concerns to Cheshire East Council regarding the condition of the road
