MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF

BRADWALL PARISH COUNCIL

Held on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 at Bradwall Village Hall

NOTE – COVID19        Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic there were no meetings in March or May 2020. Emergency legislation removed the requirement for an AGM and Parish Meeting during the year and therefore the current Chairman and Vice-Chairman will continue in post until May 2021.

2.      DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST REGARDING AGENDA ITEMS

None

 

3.      TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

The minutes of the last meeting held on 15th July 2020 were approved and signed as a correct record.

 

4.      MATTERS ARISING FROM THE LAST MEETING

a)      Dog Waste Bin

It was reported that the additional bin had been ordered and was due for delivery shortly.

b)     Highways

The ongoing problems continue and the Clerk reported as many of the potholes as possible. An email was sent to the Area Engineer highlighting particular areas of concern, no reply was received but the Clerk had since been notified that a change of personnel either had taken place. It was agreed that the Clerk should continue to pursue the matters.

 

5.      FINANCE (Clerk)

a)      The balance sheet dated 23rd September 2020 was received.

b)      The following payment was approved and cheque signed:

Bradwall Village Hall (Hall hire on 23/09/20) - £25.00.

 

6.      PLANNING MATTERS

a)      Outstanding Applications.

20/2541C Hollins Green Farm. Erection of slurry storage tower. No decision.

b)     New Applications.

20/3105C The Stables, Fousley Farm – Kitchen extension. Application refused.

20/3277C Willow Lodge, Walnut Tree Lane – Demolition of existing entrance and creation of single storey rear extension. Alterations to garage and new driveway entrance. No objections or comments.

20/3757C Hollins Green Farm – New agricultural shed. No objections or comments.

20/3892D Hill Top Cottage, Wood Lane – Discharge of various conditions to previous planning permission. No objections or comments.

 

 

7.      CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED (Clerk)

Any relevant emails have been forwarded. Including Local Plan information from Cheshire East Council. Also notification of closure of Wood Lane due to culvert works, now scheduled to start on 2nd November.

 

8.      TO RECEIVE AND DISCUSS MATTERS RAISED BY MEMBERS AND CHESHIRE EAST MEMBER

None

Wednesday 25th November 2020, 8pm. May be subject to change due to Covid-19 restrictions or regulations.
